Easter Concrete Contracting was a lifesaver to me. (They took over and completed a job that was started by another contractor to whom I had paid a large sum of money, but, midway through, refused to get a permit and stopped the job.) I contacted Jeff Pepper about coming in at this point to finish the project which was a 500 square foot stamped concrete patio. I was very comfortable with Jeff; he listened carefully to what I wanted, was very precise with his measurements and mentioned some things that could be required by the City that I was previously unaware of. He quoted what I felt was a very fair price and, unbelievably, did not require any payment until I was satisfied with the finished job. He also coordinated with another company to do the actual stamping and staining. On workday, Jeff and his crew showed up on time, worked hard all day and left me with a beautiful patio that was exactly what I had envisioned. I was very pleased with Jeff and his team. They completed two projects: 1. Removed the old concrete driveway and built a new one. 2. Removed the railway ties retaining wall and replaced it with a poured concrete retaining wall. From the first meeting, Jeff was punctual and professional.
